    Our Founder, Maizy Tam, awarded Master in Management by Macquarie University (Australia). She started her career in HR with British / local investors covering recruitment, benefit & compensation, organization structure and training; she was dispatched overseas, setup functional offices and nurtured successors there. Tam has extensive industrial experience in shipping, retails, wholesales, trading & manufacturing of about 10 to 1000 staff,she further exposed her management experience in logistic, import & export, business development, etc.

    Mission

    In the year of 2001, the 911 crisis made a lot of collapsed corporations, survivors turned their organizational functions in flexible diversifications and thereafter their staff picked up multi-tasks. This, in a short term, occurred slow production. Our team was lined up then to support these corporations to overcome their short-term chaos. Such service models consolidated after 2003 SARS,2008 Collapsed Lehman, 2014 & 2019 Social Events, economic recessions arose.
